Another jab at Chicago, while the Red Wings are ahead of the Blackhawks, Detroit also gets named #3 best pizza by GQ. Take that!
I don’t think I’ve even had pizza from the places this article talks about, gotta put em on my list now. Maybe for a Food in the Hood event. In my opinion the best pie in the D is made at Motor City Brewery, soo good.

Training Update
I went to another fundraiser clinic thing today at the CCFA office. It went well, got some more ideas to implement in the coming days/weeks. I’ve reached my first $1000 mark faster than I thought I would, for sure. That’s a great feeling, except I still have to power through and get the next 3+.
As for the physical side, I’m still sidelined 
My sciatic nerve is slowly less painful day to day. At this Saturday’s group training I’ll hopefully get some more good tips from the coach. Its definitely annoying to be sidelined so early after getting so psyched up to run but I guess its better now than closer to the race date.
Right now I’m thinking up new incentives for donations, so be on the lookout for a new list!
